Juche.org is a Canadian journalism and cultural advocacy platform. Our work is protected under:

• Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms — Section 2(b) protects freedom of expression, including journalistic freedom
• Berman Amendment (US) — Explicitly exempts "information and informational materials" from sanctions regulations
• International Press Freedom — Cultural and educational journalism is protected globally
